This service is a single attempt service. If the customer is not available on delivery. the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest pick up shop.

It is advised that you download the DPD app to enable you rearrange delivery or choose a safe place if you are not available. This can also be done via the email you receive from them. Download App here

We also offer standard UK shipping with Yodel and Evri. Delivery times range between 3-5 working days.

International Shipping

We generally use DPD for international orders. We have found these to be the most reliable option. The cost varies from country to country and you will find the cost for your country at checkout.

Tracking Your Parcel

For Royal Mail shipments, please visit their tracking website and enter your tracking number for the latest information.

Our Parcel Follow-up Policy

We understand the importance of timely deliveries. However, we request that you allow up to seven days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us for a follow-up. This time frame helps accommodate any minor delays that are common in shipping processes.

If your order goes missing in transit, please allow us a few days to initiate an investigation through the courier. This can also lead to the parcel being found and then deliver. It is just a process we have to undertake before resending your order.

International Deliveries and Customs

For our international customers, please be aware that if your parcel is held in customs, there may be delays outside our control. In such cases, patience is appreciated. If customs request additional documents, we are here to assist you. However, the resolution time depends on the response from customs authorities.
