This service is a single attempt service. If the customer is not available on delivery. the parcel will be dropped off at the nearest pick up shop.

It is advised that you have the DPD app to enable you rearrange delivery or choose a safe place if you are not available. This can also be done via the email you receive from them.

International Shipping

Our Parcel Follow-up Policy

We understand the importance of timely deliveries. However, we request that you allow up to seven days for your parcel to arrive before contacting us for a follow-up. This timeframe helps accommodate any minor delays that are common in shipping processes.

If your order goes missing in transit, please allow us a few days to initiate an investigation through the courier. This can also lead to the parcel being found and then deliver. It is just a process we have to undertake before resending your order.
